You will not find any shops in Cantobre, except the small restaurant open in summer.

For your purchases, you will find everything you need in Nant (6 km), as well as the post office and an agency with an ATM. The pharmacies are located at St Jean du Bruel (10 km) and at the Cavalerie (15 km).

The small restaurant "Chez Yves" is open in summer, from May to end of September just below the place of the fountain. You can enjoy grilled meats, salads with local products, pancakes ..., cool off with ice cream or sip a cold drink while enjoying the calm, the view and the warm brightness of the limestone.

Please preserve the beauty and calm of the village: park your vehicles along the small road 100 m from your rental.

Cantobre is a hamlet of fifteen inhabitants, houses are gathered on a promontory above the Dourbie and Trévezel rivers. The entrance to the hamlet is through a narrow porch. Light vehicles can enter the pretty square of the fountain to unload luggage but we ask our guests and visitors to park their vehicle outside the hamlet to preserve the site. The municipality has developed car parks with the help of the General Council along the departmental road, even in summer when visitors become numerous in the afternoon, parking is now facilitated.
